MANNI DEMONS
Graft Labour Hire was founded on experience earned in the field, not behind a desk. With a background in shop fitting in the UK, I arrived in Australia over 20 years ago as a backpacker and jumped straight into the removals industry in Melbourne, Australia.
What started as a short-term gig turned into a long-term career, moving through domestic removals, commercial removals and office fit-outs. After gaining years of hands-on experience, I took a chance bought my own truck and began working as a contractor. That decision was the start of something bigger.
Today, I operate a fleet of trucks and manage experienced crews working with some of the industry's leading companies in Melbourne. I'm still hands-on with major commercial projects and have built strong relationships across the industry through hard work, consistency, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
Some would call me a Grafter — and that work ethic is at the heart of everything we do at Graft Labour Hire.
BOBBY DE KROON
Bobby brings over 19 years of experience in the removals industry. He started his career working alongside his father, a long-time contractor for a leading removals company. As luck would have it, Manni had just bought his first truck and hired Bobby when his dad chose to retire.
Bobby is known for his natural leadership and undeniable work ethic, earning a reputation as one of the most reliable and skilled professionals in the industry.
His exceptional talent has made him a client favourite, and he’s widely recognised as one of the top experts in the field. With years of experience and a proven ability to handle high-profile VVIP jobs, Bobby remains hands-on, still working on the tools and leading by example.
As our Senior Lead and Trainer, he passes on his vast knowledge and expertise to the team, they couldn't be in better hands.
ONEAL VISESIO
Oniel has been in the game for years, making a name for himself in the industry and specialising in pre-packs and export packing. Working with Mandem Logistics, he’s built a reputation for clean, top quality work and for always putting in solid effort with sharp focus.
Give Oniel a tape gun, and he’ll show you exactly why he’s a master of his craft. As part of the training team he sets the bar high, teammates pick up plenty just by watching him in action.
